We are so proud to announce that this autumn 2023 we will be launching NPT WASP along with our partners NPT Mind.
NPT WASP – Wellbeing After Stroke Project.
The National lottery have funded our project for 3 years employing an incredible team of 6 to deliver to local stroke survivors and their loved ones a new mental health service.
We will have a pathfinder that will meet local stroke survivors and their loved ones to support and signpost them to whatever service they need to improve their lives post stroke.
This could be anything in the local community such as benefit help, home adaptions etc. Or they will refer into our own team which will be able to deliver theraputic groups, group councelling or one to one talking therapies.
How incredible is this!! It’s the first of it’s kind in the UK.
