Life After Stroke Award Winners

NPTSG, Neath Port Talbot Stroke Group were nominated along with 450 other UK stroke groups for a ‘Life After Stroke Award’. Incredibly it was a unanimous decision by the trustees of the Stroke Association, that Neath Port Talbot Stroke Group were that year’s best UK stroke group.   To say we were thrilled was an understatement!!  We enjoyed a film crew joining us at 3 separate locations to capture what we do.  We went on a fishing trip in Bibery Trout Farm in the stunning Cotswolds.  We enjoyed a walk at our local Gnoll Country Park and we spent a hair raising overnight paranormal investigation at Margam Park Castle.  Only 1 member of the film crew was brave enough to join us that night.

7 lucky members of our group were invited to represent NPTSG by Baroness Brady CBE, Patron of the Life After Stroke Awards, along with 350 other guests for a star-studded evening at the lavish Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair.
