I’ve lived with a brain injury for nearly 13 years, and in all that time I’ve searched and tried so many times for activities etc to get me out of my 4 walls and keep me active in the community.
Since I’ve attended stroke group, my life has totally changed for the better, I can’t believe how much they offer and the support I receive, my life has changed drastically for the best, I only wish I attended sooner, what a life changer it has been for me I feel like part of a family now it’s such a safe place, and has given me part of my life I lost back xx
