Christines Lockdown Experience

Christine’s Isolation Experience.

When the lockdown started I was dreading it, as I lived alone. I was concerned for my mental health. Then I got an email off jason inviting me to join the group zoom meetings. I clicked on the link and followed instructions n found it quite easy. It was great seeing and talking to people in group, chatting, laughing, quizzes, games but mostly the feeling of being connected.

We have such a good laugh, quizzes, games and advice sharing. Due to these meetings I feel more connected and less lonely than I ever have. It’s not like I’m in isolation, it’s great. It’s like the friends I love come to visit me in my home twice a day, honestly, it’s amazing. Come join the fun!!! X
