We are holding an information day with over 45 stroke specific local services that can help you.
We will also be updating you on our 1st year with NPT WASP (Wellbeing After Stroke Project) with our partners NPT MIND. This is a first in the UK mental health service supporting stroke survivors/brain injury survivors and their loved ones and carers.
If you feel you need free mental health support after a stroke/brain injury or a loved ones stroke/brain injury you need to attend and get as much information as possible.
